依托·跨越·融合·联动——宜昌市东山片区城市发展战略研究

Reliance,Leap,Integration and Interaction:Yichang's Dongshan District Urban Development Strategies Research

按照《湖北省城镇体系规划》的要求,宜昌市要加快向100万人口以上的特大型省域副中心城市的建设目标迈进。为适应这种发展需要,作为宜昌市城市建设的重要拓展区和城市生态环境保护重点区的东山片区,应采用依托、跨越、融合、联动的空间发展策略,即依托老城区、跨越东山、与新区的生态环境融合、加强与主城其他区域的联动。

The ＂Hubei Urban System Plan＂ calls for Yichang to be developed into a polycentric city of more than one million residents in Hubei province.The Dongshan district is an important component of Yichang city as an area of future development as well as an area for ecological preservation.＂Reliance,leap,integration,and interaction＂ strategies should be adopted,i.e.relying on the old district,leaping over Dongshan mountain,integrating new construction wtih ecological development,and interacting with other districts.
