耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌在新生儿眼分泌物中分布及耐药基因的检测

Distribution of methicillin-resistant staphylococcus in eyes secretions of neonates and detection of resistance genes

摘要 目的:探讨新生儿结膜炎分泌物中耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌的耐药特征及机制。方法:常规分离培养葡萄球菌,K-B法药敏实验,PCR技术检测mecA、ermA、ermC基因。结果:55例新生儿患者眼分泌物中常规培养出葡萄球菌24例。药敏试验显示葡萄球菌对苯唑西林耐药率为79.2%(19/24),头孢菌素、红霉素、克林霉素、交沙霉素、四环素、新诺明耐药率超过50%,对万古霉素敏感。耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌携带mecA、ermA和ermC基因。结论:吉林地区新生儿结膜炎分泌物中耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌分离率高,表现多重耐药特征。对甲氧西林耐药菌株携带mecA基因,红霉素耐药菌株携带ermA和ermC基因。 Objective:To explore the characteristics and mechanism of drug resistance of methicillin-resistant staphylococcus in eyes secretions of neonates.Methods:Staphylococcus was isolated and cultured routinely,drug sensitive test was carried out by K-B method,PCR technique was used to detect mecA,ermA,ermC genes.Results:24 strains of staphylococcus were isolated from eyes secretions of 55 neonates routinely; drug sensitive test indicated that the drug resistance rate of oxacillin was 79.2% (19/24),the drug resistance rates of cephalosporin,erythromycin,clindamycin,josamycin,tetracycline and sufisomezole were more than 50%,staphylococcus was sensitive to vancomycin; methicillin-resistant staphylococcus carried mecA,ermA,ermC genes.Conclusion:The isolation rate of methicillin-resistant staphylococcus in eyes secretions of neonates with conjunctivitis in Jilin region is high,which shows multidrug resistance; the strains of methicillin-resistant staphylococcus carry mecA gene,and the strains of erythromycin-resistant staphylococcus carry ermA and ermC genes.
