愈溃宁治疗急性消化性溃疡的作用机制研究

Mechanism of Action Study of Yu-kui-ning on Acute Gastric Ulcer

目的:研究愈溃宁治疗急性消化性溃疡的作用机制。方法:取SD品系大鼠60只,随机分为正常对照组、雷尼替丁对照组、平溃散对照组、愈溃宁大、中、小剂量治疗组各10只。除正常对照组外各组采用幽门结扎形成的大鼠急性胃溃疡实验模型,观察对胃液分泌量、总酸度、排出量、胃蛋白酶活性等方面的影响。结果:与正常对照组比较,其他各组胃液分泌量、胃液总酸度、总酸排出量、总酸排出量、胃蛋白酶活性参数显著性降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);对大鼠胃液分泌量的影响,愈溃宁大、中、小剂量治疗组较平溃散对照组、雷尼替丁对照组可显著降低参数(P<0.05或P<0.01);对大鼠胃液总酸度的影响,愈溃宁大剂量治疗组较平溃散对照组、雷尼替丁对照组可显著降低参数(P<0.05或P<0.01);对大鼠胃蛋白酶活性的影响,愈溃宁大、中、小剂量治疗组与雷尼替丁对照组无差异。结论:愈溃宁可抑制胃酸分泌,降低胃酸排出量和胃蛋白酶活性,促进胃溃疡的愈合。

Objective ： To study the mechanism of action of Yu - kui - ning on acute gastric ulcer. Method ： 60 rats of SD were divided into six groups randomly, which were normal control group, ranitidine control group, Ping - kui - san control group, and high dose, middle dose and low dose of Yu - kui - ning group. 10 rats were in each group. Expect the rats in normal control group, the other rats in the other 5 groups were made into experi- mental models of acute gastric ulcer by ligating pylorus. Gastric secretion, acidity total of gastric juice, gastric acid output, and enzymatic activity of pepsase were observed one by one. Result： Comparing to normal control group, gastric secretion, acidity total of gastric juice, gastric acid output, and enzymatic activity of pepsase were all decreased markedly （P 〈0. 05 or P 〈0. 01 ）. Comparing to Ping - kui -san control group and ranitidine con- trol group, gastric secretion in high dose, middle dose and low dose of Yu - kui - ning group were decreased markedly too （P 〈 O. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Comparing to Ping - kui - san control group and ranitidine control group, acidity total of gastric juice in high dose of Yu - kui - ning group were decreased markedly （ P 〈 O. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. But comparing to ranitidine control group, enzymatic activity of pepsase in high dose, middle dose and low dose of Yu - kui - ning group was not changed （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Yu - kui - ning can inhibit gastric seera- tion,cut down gastric acidoutput,weaken enzymatic activity of pepsase,and help cure gastric ulcer.
