早期康复训练对脑梗死患者偏瘫恢复的影响

目的观察早期康复训练对脑梗死偏瘫患者患肢功能康复及日常生活能力(ADL)的影响。方法将我科收治的96脑梗死患者随机分为康复组48例及对照组48例,两组患者入院后药物治疗基本相同,康复组病后3天配合患肢康复训练,对照组病后2周配合患肢康复训练。结果两组患者经治疗后患肢功能和Barthel指数都明显改善和提高,但康复组比对照组改善或提高得更为显著(P<0.01或0.05)。结论早期康复训练对改善脑梗死患者患肢功能及ADL有显著意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation training on the ADL and the function of effected limb in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 96 erebral infarction patients in our department were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group,48 cases in each groups with age and sex matched.Medications after admission were basically the same in two groups. In rehabilitation group trainings began after three days. Two weeks after onset the control group began to rehabilitation therapy. Results After rehabilitation training,the function of effected limb and Barthel index were enhanced and improved dramatically.The rehabilitation training group was obviously superior to the control group,the difference was very significant （P〈0.01 or 0.05）. Conclusion The early rehabilitation training to cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia in the early stage improved the ADL and the function of effected limb signif icantly.
