摘要
目的探讨Cathepsin B在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及与生物学行为的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测100例NSCLC组织Cath B的表达。结果 CB在NSCLC表达与淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。结论 CB在NSCLC中高表达,在NSCLC的发生、发展中起重要的作用,与NSCLC的淋巴结转移有关。
Objective To discuss cathepsin B（CB） expression in NSCLC and its relationship with biological behaviour. Methods Using immunohistochemistry （S-P method） to detect CB in NSCLC （n= 100）. Results the relationship between CB expression and lymph node metastasis is significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions CB increases in NSCLC,plays an important role in occurrence and progression of NSCLC and is related to lymph node metastasis.
