摘要
目的:建立孕妇金花片中小檗碱含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为中科院大连化学物理研究所KF色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-磷酸(0.1%)溶液(10∶30∶60),检测波长为346nm。结果:小檗碱在0.192~0.96g之间线性关系良好(r=0.99937,n=5),回收率为105.37%,RSD为1.06%。结论:该方法操作简单,分离效果好,灵敏度高,可作为孕妇金花片的质量控制标准。
Objective:A HPLC method for the determination of berberine of Yunfujinhua tablet was established.Methods:A KF chromatographic column was used with solution of methyl alcohol-acetonitrile-phosphoric acid(10∶30∶60) as the mobile phase,The detection wavelength was 346nm.Results:The linear range was0.192~0.96g,(r=0.99937)and average rate of recovery was 105.37%(RSD =1.06%).Conclusion:The method is simple and sensitive with good separation efficiency,it can be used in the standard of quantitative determination of Yunfujinhua tablet.
