摘要
根据声传递矩阵法,分析了一种汽车消声器的传递矩阵,计算了该消声器的传递损失。并利用M ATLAB软件,分别分析了进气管内伸长度、排气管内伸长度、支撑板间距、穿孔直径、穿孔管壁厚、穿孔管直径对消声器传递损失的影响。结果表明:从总体趋势上看,进气管内伸长度越大,消声器的平均传递损失越大,但内伸长度为30 mm时消声器的平均传递损失最大;排气管内伸长度越大,消声器的平均传递损失越大,但内伸长度为30 mm时平均传递损失最大。支撑板间距对消声器传递损失影响较小,但当支撑板间距为原始长度时,消声器的平均传递损失最大。穿孔直径越大,消声器的平均传递损失越大。穿孔管壁厚越大,消声器的平均传递损失越小。穿孔管直径越大,消声器的平均传递损失越小。
Transfer matrix of a automotive exhaust muffler's was analysed based on transfer matrix method and transmission loss was obtained.Six factors were discussed,such as inner extruded length of intake manifold,and exhaust pipe,spacing of support plate,diameter of performation,wall thickness and diameter of perforated pipe.The results show that from the general trend,transmission loss increases with the inner extruded length of intake manifold.But it has the maximum value when the inner extruded length of intake manifold is 30 mm.As for inner extruded length of exhaust pipe,transmission loss increases with inner extruded length of exhaust pipe.But it has the maximum value when inner extruded length of exhaust pipe is 30 mm.As for spacing of support plate,it has little influence with transmission loss of muffler,but it has the maximum value when spacing of support plate is original.As for diameter of performation,the larger it is,the larger the transmission loss will be.As for wall thickness of perforated pipe,the larger it is,the smaller the transmission loss will be.As for diameter of perforated pipe,the larger it is, the smaller the transmission loss will be.
