摘要
采用有限元和试验验证相结合的方法研究粘贴粘弹性阻尼悬臂梁的模态以及瞬态响应仿真技术,然后将仿真技术应用于轨道车辆车体结构,探索了粘弹性阻尼材料对车体结构振动特性的影响及其在轨道车辆车体减振设计的应用,研究表明采用粘弹性阻尼材料对轨道车辆结构具有较好的减振作用.
The simulation technique of modal and transient response analysis of cantilever beam with viscoelastic material layer was studied through the integration of FEA and experiments in this paper.Then,this method was used to approach on the benefits of vibration properties of car body structure with viscoelastic material layer,and so as to improve the ride quality for railway vehicle design.This study concludes that viscoelastic material layer can reduce certain vibration of railway vehicle structure.
