摘要
为了研究生物体用异种金属丝对接焊接的新工艺,满足镍钛丝及不锈钢丝相焊接的联合弓丝在临床正畸中应用,研制了一台用于异种金属丝的逆变式电容储能冲击对接焊设备,分析了此种焊接设备的组成,工作原理;采用逆变式电容储能冲击对接焊设备,可以实现细直径异种金属丝与丝的电容储能冲击对接焊.
In order to study the new welding process for joining the dissimilar metal used to fabricate the united arc wire by joining the titanium-nickel wire and the stainless steel wire in clinical orthodontics treatment,an inverter condenser discharge butt welder was developed.Its constituent and working principle were analyzed.The joining of the dissimilar thin diameter metal wire was successfully realized by the new developed welder.
