Nursing care of chronic pulmonary heart disease in elderly patients

目的:探讨及时有效地控制肺部感染的方法,以保持呼吸道通畅。方法:针对肺心病患者不同的心理状态及特点进行心理输导与保健,使患者心情舒畅,积极配合治疗。结果:慢性支气管炎、支气管哮喘、支气管扩张是引起慢性肺心病的常见原因。结论:有效的护理措施可以显著提高患者及家属对于慢性肺心病的认识,提高自我护理能力,从而达到更好的治疗效果。

ObjectiveTo control the lung infection effectively and maintain the unobstructed of respiratory tract.MethodThe psychological and healthy care was carried on elder patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease according to the different psychological conditions and the characteristics,in order to make the patients have ease mind and coordinate treatment positively.ResultsChronic bronchitis,bronchial asthma,bronchiectasis and chronic disease of bronchus were the common reasons of chronic pulmonary heart disease.ConclusionThe effective nursing measures can obviously enhance the patients＇ and the family members＇ understanding on chronic heart disease,improve the self-nursing ability,thus achieves the better treatment results.
