摘要
文章介绍了一种核辐射探测器中必不可少的峰值检测电路,该电路主要由前置主放大器、甄别电路、控制电路和峰值保持电路四部分构成。该电路工作原理如下:探测到的信号通过主放大器放大整形,补偿脉冲幅度的变化,再经过甄别电路去除噪声,检测信号时序,最后根据甄别电路的时序经由控制电路对模拟开关、ADC转换进行控制,完成峰值检测的任务。
This article describes a type of the peak detection circuit essential to the radiation detector,and this circuit is mainly composed of the main amplifier,screening circuit,control circuit and the peak hold circuit.The work principle of this circuit as follows:Signals detected pass through the main amplifier shaping,compensate the changes of pulse amplitude,and then the noise is removed by the screening circuit,the signal sequence is detected,and at last completed peak testing task via the analog switch and ADC conversion control according to the timing of screening control circuit.
