乌江彭水水电站重庆库区移民监理实践

Resettlement supervision practice in Chongqing reservoir area of Pengshui Hydropower Station on Wujiang River

为维护移民合法权益,保障工程建设顺利进行,促进库区经济社会发展,长江工程监理咨询有限公司认真开展了对乌江彭水水电站移民工程建设、质量和移民资金管理的监测与监督,以及移民合同管理和信息管理等工作。介绍了移民监理组织形式、移民监理工作的开展情况、移民监理的特点及移民监理工作所取得的成效。最后指出,工程实践中探索出的"四方联动机制"对今后水利水电工程建设移民监理工作的开展具有积极的推广价值。

In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the reservoir relocatees,ensure smooth construction of projects and promote economic and social development in the reservoir area,Changjiang Project Supervision and Consultant Company,Ltd has been launching a monitoring and surveillance work for the construction,quality and funds management of the resettlement project,as well as the contract and information management.We introduce the organization form,current situation,characteristics and achievement of the resettlement supervision.We proposed the Four-Parties Coordinating mechanism,which has a popularizing value for the resettlement supervision in the future construction of water resources and hydropower projects.
