Development and application of information management system of late-stage support for resettlement of TGP

三峡工程移民后期扶持信息管理系统是对三峡工程移民后期扶持现金直补、农转非移民基本养老保险、非农移民人口困难补助、基金项目及其电子档案等进行综合管理的信息管理系统,可实现移民人口、项目实施、投资等的信息化及网络化管理,为相关实施单位及其管理部门提供信息共享与协同办公平台。结合多年来对三峡工程移民后期扶持工作的研究与实践,重点介绍移民后期扶持信息管理系统建设思路,系统组成与功能以及系统开发与应用情况,并对系统建设中有关问题进行了总结,以期为我国水库移民后期扶持信息化建设提供重要参考和借鉴。

Information management system of late-stage support for resettlement of TGP is a comprehensive information management system for direct cash compensation,basic endowment insurance of rural-to-urban immigrants,subsidies for non-rural immigrants,fund projects and other electronic archives and so on.It can realize information and network management for population,project implementation,investment in the resettlement and provides an information sharing and synergetic work platform for related units and managements.Combining years of research and practice in the late-stage support work for TGP resettlement,we mainly introduce the construction approach,system composition and function,system development and application conditions,and summarize some issues in system establishment to provide key reference for information construction of late-stage support for reservoir resettlement in China.
