三峡库区地面文物保护研究

Discussion on protection of historical relics in Three Gorges Reservoir area

为了针对性地开展三峡库区地面文物后续保护规划,对三峡地面文物保护工程实施以来的成绩、经验、教训进行了分析评价与初步总结。分析表明:各类文物基本得到了妥善保护,这得益于科学的保护规划、强有力的组织领导、健全的管理制度与全面推行现代工程管理制度和综合监理制度。同时,对文物建筑复建选址不当影响了工程质量、进度,浪费了投资等教训进行了总结。三峡库区地面文物保护工程后续工作任务的重点是要加强文物复建区环境改善及基础设施建设,并进行合理开发利用。

In order to develop the subsequent protection planning of historical relics protection in the Three Gorges Reservoir area accordingly,we analyze and primarily summarize the achievement,experience and lessons during the implementation of historical relics protection in the area.The results show that,thanks to scientific protection planning,strong leadership and organization,sound management system and fully implemented modern engineering management system and comprehensive supervision system,all kinds of historical relics are protected appropriately.Meanwhile,in the further work,attentions should be paid to the lessons of inappropriate site selection of historical relics rebuilt,which has negative impacts on project quality,progress and is also a waste of investment.We conclude that the key points in further protection of historical relics in the reservoir area is to strengthen the environment improvement of historical relics rebuilt area and the infrastructure construction,and to carry out appropriate development and utilization.
