小麦及小麦粉的压实体积质量测试及存仓容量计算

摘要 多数散料都具有可压缩性,在不同压强下会有不同的体积质量值;对小麦及小麦粉在不同压强下的体积质量进行了测试,总结物料受压后体积质量变化的规律;用数学的方法求出深仓内不同深度物料压强的计算式;并举例说明如何利用研究结果求出深仓的压实体积质量和仓容。 Most of bulk materials are all compactable and have different bulk densities under different pressure intensities.The bulk densities of wheat and wheat flour under different pressure intensities were tested and the change rules of bulk densities of materials after compaction were summarized.The calculation formula of pressure intensities of materials in different depths in a deep silo was found out by means of mathematical method and it was exemplified how to find out the compacted bulk density and storage capacity of materials in deep silos by using the study results.
