摘要
高新技术成果出资入股,对与成果相关的高值技术人员进行股份激励是推动高新技术企业快速发展的一种有效方法。在高新技术成果出资入股的股份总额和股票来源确定后,科学地对高值技术人员的份额进行评估,直接关系到成果转化的时间、成本和效益。因此提出熵权修正层次分析法,评估高值人员的股份份额将更加客观。
The legal,economic and market environment has been mature nowadays for buying share with hi-tech achievements and realizing stock incentive on those related high-value technicians.How to assess the stock shares of all high-value technicians will be the key point in the whole incentive plan after the sum and source of stock has been confirmed.And it has also become a focus concerned by the practitioners and academicans for it has a close bearing on the period,cost and prognostic benefit of hi-tech achievements transformation.In this paper,we suppose a compositive method of entropy and AHP to assess the stock shares of each high-value technician.
