摘要
通过性能测试,研究了不同黏合剂涂层量对水刺非织造布的表观结构、孔径分布、厚度、透气性以及力学性能等方面的影响。结果表明,随着水刺非织造布上黏合剂涂层量的增加,非织造布的纤维缠结趋于紧密,孔径变小且分布均匀,拉伸强力提高,伸长率降低;当涂层水刺非织造布中黏合剂的质量分数在10%~20%之间时,非织造布的孔径分布最均匀,厚度较小,透气性较大;当涂层水刺非织造布中黏合剂的质量分数在20%~40%之间时,非织造布的拉伸强力和伸长率最佳。
Basing on property test, the influence of various coated binder contents on apparent structure and pore distribution and thickness as well as permeability and mechnieal performance were analyzed. The results show that by increasing of binder contents on spunlaced nonwovens, the nonwoven fibers each-entangle closely, pore size decreasing and pore distributing uniformly, tensile strength enhancing and elongation decreasing, the mass percentage of binder coated on spunlaced nonwovens being within 10% to 20% , the pore size distributing most uniformly and nonwovens being thinner with higher permeability, and when it being within 20% to 40% , the nonwovens could have excellent tensile strength and elongation.
