摘要
将超声波导入杆安装在水平式双辊铸轧机的凝固前沿,进行超声波镁板带的铸轧试验.对超声波铸轧镁板带和普通铸轧镁板带进行金相对比观察表明:普通铸轧镁板带枝晶网胞比较发达,组织不均匀,晶粒平均尺寸(直径)在50~60μm之间;而在镁铸轧过程中施加超声波能够使镁板带组织更加均匀,晶粒细化,晶粒平均尺寸(直径)在20~30μm之间.对镁板带的力学性能测试证实,超声波处理使铸轧镁板带的抗拉强度、屈服强度和延伸率比普通铸轧镁板带的分别提高了22.85%,49.78%和123.06%.
The experiment of ultrasond cast-rolling magnesium strip was carried out on the horizontal twin-roll cast-rolling machine with the ultrasonic pole used in the solidification.The microstructure of ultrasonic and general cast-rolling magnesium strip were characterized.The results show that the cellular dendrite of the general cast-rolling magnesium strip is coarse,the grainstructure was heterogeneous and the average grain diameter was between 50??60 ??.However,the grainstructure become more homogenize with the ultrasonic treatment for cast-rolling magnesium strip,the grain is refined and the average grain diameter was between 20??30 ??.Besides,the mechanical properties test results certified the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of the ultrasonic cast-rolling magnesium strip are increased by 22.85%,49.78% and 123.06% than that of the general strip.
