基于全科医学理念开展老年病教学模式改革研究与实践

Study and practice of reforming geriatrics clinical teaching based on general medicine concept

介绍了在老年病教学中引入全科医学理念,开展老年病教学模式改革,重视整体诊疗思路,对老年人实施疾病管理和健康管理、全面理解临终关怀,同时采用传统授课模式、PBL教学法、循证医学WORKSHOP和社会实践相结合授课的做法,取得了良好的教学效果。

We introduced general medicine concept into geriatric clinical teaching,reformed the teaching mode of geriatrics,and stressed the whole diagnosis and treatment idea.We taught students disease management and health management,and taught them to have a comprehensive understanding of hospice.In our geriatrics teaching we adopted a flexible teaching method which combines the traditional teaching mode,PBL teaching,evidence-based medicine workshop and community practice,which has obtained a good teaching result.
