活性氧化铝、锰砂和煤的磷吸附能力比较研究 被引量:8

摘要 对3种除磷填料(活性氧化铝、锰砂和煤)去除水中磷的性能进行比较研究,考察了吸附时间、填料量、pH和温度对吸附作用的影响,在此基础上,对除磷机理进行了探讨。结果表明:吸附17 h后,填料的除磷过程基本完成,填料投加量和溶液中磷素量质量比为200:1和pH为2时,3种填料除磷效果最好也最为经济合理,去除率分别达到94.39%、40.03%,29.87%;吸附过程的热力学参数ΔG^0〈0,ΔH^0〉0,表明3种填料对磷的吸附过程是自发吸热过程,且温度对吸附过程的影响不大。最后通过对填料进行电镜扫描,确定活性氧化铝以化学吸附为主,锰砂和煤以物理吸附为主。 A comparative study was focused on phosphorus adsorption onto three filling materials of activated alumina,manganese sand and anthracite.The effects of parameters such as adsorption time, adsorbent dosage,initial pH value and temperature were investigated.Results showed that optimal and reasonable phosphorus removal rates 94.39%,40.03%and 29.87%of those three adsorbents,respectively, could be obtained under conditions of adsorption time 17 hours,mass ratio of filling material to phosphorus 200:1 and initial pH value 2.The values of thermodynamic parameters A G??d A H??re negative and positive respectively,indicating that the adsorption was a spontaneous endothermic process,and temperature would have little effect on the adsorption process.Finally,by means of scanning electron microscopy,it was found that the phosphorus adsorption onto activated alumina was dominantly a chemical process,whilst that onto manganese sand or coal was mainly a physical one.
