调整农村产业结构、转变农村经济发展方式以及社会主义新农村建设均需要进行土地流转。土地流转效率的高低关系到整个农村经济发展方向是否正确,也关系到我国经济能否稳定发展。我国的土地流转市场已初具规模并逐渐发展起来。国内外研究均表明土地流转的效率受到政策法规、产权制度、交易成本以及非农业收入等的影响。

The adjustment of rural industrial structure,the changes of rural economic development and the construction of new socialist countryside all need the transfer of rural land.The efficiency of rural land transfer is not only related to the overall direction of economic development in rural areas,but also to the stable development of China＇s economic.China＇s rural land transfer market has begun to take shape and gradually developed.Domestic and international research show that the efficiency of land transfer is impacted by the policies and regulations,property rights,transaction costs,non-agricultural income and so on.
