法学著作翻译是法学发展的重要组成部分。在经历曲折发展后,我国对法学著作的翻译已达到了一个"繁盛期"。但是,作为一项制度,它也还可不避免地存在着某些缺陷,需要进一步完善。

The translation of law works is an important part of development of the law.After the tortuous development,our law works in translation has achieved a ＂prosperity period＂.But,as a forward system,it also exist inevitable defects,and need to be further perfected.
