摘要
笔者从改善链轮和锯链传动片啮合状态的角度入手,提出了一种油锯链传动啮合分析新方法:根据锯链传动的稳定啮合条件,采用解析几何法建立了锯链传动片和链轮的轮廓线方程;通过坐标变换,分析了传动片与星型链轮在一个完整啮合区内的不同时刻的不同啮合状态,推导了啮合公式和传动片的理论齿廓方程。使用编程软件MATLAB编制了锯链啮合分析程序,对国产某型锯链进行了啮合分析,提出了齿廓修形建议。
Oil saw is an important cut instrument in forest industry production.It transfers power through meshing between sprocket wheel and saw chain drive chip.We present a new method for saw chain meshing analysis,aiming at improving the meshing condition between the sprocket wheel and the saw chain drive chip so as to enhance the quality of the saw chain.Based on the saw chain stabilizing transmission meshing condition,the contour equation of drive chip is first built by geometric analysis according to the contour equation of sprocket wheel.Through coordinate transformation,the meshing formulae and theoretical drive chip flank profile equation are obtained along with meshing status at different time during one whole meshing zone.A MATLAB program is designed accordingly.A specific home-made saw chain is taken as an example for the meshing analysis and some tooth shape slicking suggestions are provided.
