装订设备打孔刀的多目标优化设计

摘要 针对打孔轻便、打孔过程中刀的强度和刚度等多方面性能要求,采用试验设计和Kriging近似模型,在iSIGHT软件平台上利用组合优化策略,对某型装订设备打孔刀进行了多目标优化设计分析。优化设计的算例表明,剪切合力减少了14%,最大应力减少了50%,最大变形减少了54%。可见,本方法的实施,可以显著提高装订设备的综合切纸性能。 Based on the multi-objective design optimization approach and by considering the multiple performance requirements such as the shear-force,strength and stiffness,a robust design methodology combining design of experiment (DOE),Kriging model technique and the strategy of optimization combination embodied in iSIGHT software are investigated for the design optimization of the punching blade of a certain binding machine.The result shows that the value of the objective function is decreased by 14% in cutting force,and 50% in maximum stress,and 54% in maximum deformation.Therefore,the method in this paper can find out the approximate optimal solution,thus making a great improvement on the performance of the binding machine.
