HIV感染患者外周血T淋巴细胞CD127表达的研究进展

摘要 白细胞介素7受体(IL-7R)是由α链及γ链构成的,γ链受体广泛表达于淋巴细胞,是IL-2、IL-4、IL-9、IL-15和IL-21的通用受体,可以与这些细胞因子结合并相互作用.CD127是IL-7Rα链,在T淋巴细胞发育过程中,胸腺细胞的分化依赖于IL-7的表达.IL-7可以通过CD127刺激外周非同种异基因反应性T淋巴细胞的增殖,并通过抗凋亡作用促进T淋巴细胞的存活与重构,维持T淋巴细胞内环境稳态[1].
