T管皮下埋藏法在长期胆道引流术中的临床应用

Clincal application of T-tube hypodermic embedding in treating long-term biliary tract drainage

目的:探讨T管皮下埋藏法在胆道长期引流术中的治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析2008年1月～2010年2月本科行胆管手术后T管长期引流治疗患者13例,患者均行手术后T管皮下埋藏法治疗。结果:全组患者中发生T管引流口感染1例;并发T管脱入腹腔1例,行局麻手术取出T管治愈;并发胆总管结石残留1例,行手术后经T管窦道胆道镜取石治愈;合并手术后胆管狭窄1例,行经T管窦道胆道狭窄扩张后治愈。患者全部回访满意。结论:采用T管皮下埋藏法治疗长期胆道引流术患者,手术简单,创伤小,可明显减轻患者的痛苦,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective：To study the therapeutic efficacy of T-tube hypodermic embedding in treating long-term biliary tract drainage.Methods：The clinical data of the 13 cases with T-tube hypodermic embedding were retrosperc tively analyzed from January 2008 to February 2010 in our hospital.Results：1 case happened T-tube aperture infection in All the cases;1 case T-tube to escape from skin into abdominal cavity,and was cured by operation;1 case happened common duct stones residual,was cured by choledochoscope calculus removed;1 case happened stenosis of bile duct,was cured by dilat,all the patients to be visited satisfaction.Conclusion：T-tube hypodermic embedding in treating long-term biliary tract drainage is a simple and low wound operation,can reduce the pain,elevat quality of life.
