胰腺损伤及其并发症处理26例

Analysis of treatment to 26 cases of injury and complication of pancreas

目的:探讨胰腺损伤及其并发症的的诊断及治疗经验。方法:回顾性研究26例胰腺损伤行手术治疗的患者,其中Ⅰ型胰腺损伤9例,Ⅱ型7例,Ⅲ型7例,Ⅳ型2例,Ⅴ型1例,根据胰腺损伤分级应用不同的手术方式治疗。结果:术中死亡1例,术后均无死亡,术后发生胰瘘等并发症8例(30.7%)。结论:胰腺损伤病情复杂,多有合并伤,术后并发症多,早期积极合理的手术治疗,术后有效防治并发症,可以降低死亡率,提高治疗效果。

Objective：To evaluate the complications of pancreatic injury and its diagnosis and treatment experience.Methods：A retrospective study of 26 cases of pancreatic injury in patients treated with surgery,of which nine cases of pancreatic injury type Ⅰ,Ⅱ type in 7 cases,Ⅲ type in 7 cases,Ⅳ type in 2 cases,Ⅴtype in 1 case,application of different classification based on pancreatic injury the surgical treatment.Results：1 patient died,no deaths after surgery,postoperative complications such as pancreatic fistula occurred in 8 cases（30.7%）.Conclusion：Pancreatic injury in the disease complex,and more are associated injuries,postoperative complications,early surgical treatment of active,rational,and effective prevention and treatment of complications after surgery can reduce mortality and improve the therapeutic effect.
