摘要
目的:通过全髋关节置换术(THA)术前试模与否与术后有限元模型的建立及力学分析,探讨术前试模的重要性。方法:选取行单侧THA的24例患者作为研究对象,将其分为两组(试模组和对照组),行THA,术后对患髋摄X线正位片,其原始数据输入有限元软件建立二维有限元模型,并进行力学分析、绘制应力曲线,与正常股骨近端的应力曲线进行比较。结果:试模组的股骨近端生物力学分析优于对照组,其应力曲线图较对照组更接近正常。结论:THA术前精确的试模能够使术后的股骨近端应力分布更接近正常。
Objective:Through artificial total hip arthroplasty(THA) or preoperative and postoperative tested mode model and finite element mechanical analyzed of the importance of preoperative test mode.Methods:24 patients underwent unilateral THA patients as research subjects would be divided into two groups(test module and the control group),the line THA,taken after suffering from hip anteroposterior X ray film,the original data entry of a limited element software to create two-dimensional finite element model,and the mechanical analyzed,draw stress curve,and the normal stress curve of the proximal femur were compared.Results:The test module biomechanical analyzed of the proximal femur than the control group,the stress curve was closer to normal than the control group.Conclusion:THA accurate preoperative test mode enables the proximal femur after stress distribution close to normal.
