目的:建立四黄泻火片、麻仁丸中非法添加土大黄的检测方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)结合高效液相色谱法(HPLC)快速鉴别。结果:该薄层色谱法鉴别法(TLC)加高效液相色谱法(HPLC)稳定性和重复性好。结论:TLC结合HPLC简便、快速、专属性强,能有效地检查四黄泻火片、麻仁丸中是否掺入土大黄。

Obiective：To establish a method for the identification of rhaponitin in Sihuang Xiehuo tablets and Maren pill.Methods：Both the HPLC and TCL were employed to identify.Results：The method of TLC combimed with HPLC had good stability and repeatability.Conclusion：The method is convenient,fast and selective,can identify the Rhaponitin in Sihuang Xiehuo tablets and Maren pill effectively.
