术前螺旋CT平扫及三维重建技术指导术中腰椎椎弓根螺钉置入的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察术前螺旋CT平扫及三维重建技术利用骨性标志精确定位指导术中腰椎椎弓根螺钉置入的疗效。方法:术前螺旋CT平扫及三维重建利用骨性标志精确定位指导术中腰椎椎弓根螺钉置入技术治疗外伤性腰椎骨折38例,术后CT扫描椎弓根螺钉位置进行评估。结果:共152处椎弓根均在术中一次置钉成功,术后CT扫描椎弓根螺钉位置优144枚,良8枚,差0枚。完全位于椎弓根内达94.7%,临床疗效满意。结论:术前螺旋CT三维重建利用骨性标志定位指导术中椎弓根钉置入技术具有术中损伤小、操作精确可靠、置钉准确、一次成功率高等优点,易于被术者所掌握,术中可减少X线机的使用。 Objective:To observe the effect of preoperative spiral CT flat Saul and three-dimensional reconstruction technique using osseous symbol of lumbar precise positioning guidance of pedicle screws into the curative effect.Methods:Preoperative spiral CT flat Saul and three-dimensional reconstruction using osseous symbol of lumbar precise positioning guidance of pedicle screws into techniques for the treatment of 38 cases of traumatic lumbar fractures,and postoperative CT scan pedicle assess the screws position.Results:The clinical effect was satisfactory,The one-time success rate of pedicle screw placement in 152.The better was 144,the good was 8 and the bad was 0 in CT after operationg accuracy of pedicle screw placement could be reach to 94.7 percent.Conclusion:Preoperative spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction using osseous mark positioning guidance intraoperatie pedicle nails into technology has so many adwantages,such as intraoperatie injury,more reliablity,high accuracy.It is easily mastered by performers,at the same time,it reduce the frequency in using the X-ray machine.
