摘要
目的:探讨MR对髌骨软化症的诊断及分级价值。方法:回顾性分析452例(885膝)髌骨软化MRI表现与物理检查、临床表现或关节镜对照。结果:452例(885膝)髌骨软化症,MRI诊断髌骨软化症与物理检查及临床表现或关节镜所见符合率均为100%。结论:MRI能准确判断髌骨软化的范围及程度,是髌骨软化症的最佳检查方法。
Objective： To detect the value of MR on diagnosis and grading of chondromalacia patellae. Methods： 452 cases were analyzed retrospectively （885 knee） patella softening and physical examination, MRI clinical manifestations of arthroscopy or control. Results： 452 cases （885 knee） patella osteomalacia, diagnostic patella osteomalacia and MRI physical examination and clinical manifestations of arthroscopy or seen accuracy for 100% respectively. Conclusion： MRI can soften the scope and extent patella patella osteomalacia, it is the best method.
