铁路与城市轨道交通人才需求调查分析与培养改革

Demand of Railway Transportation and Urban Rail Transit for Talented People and the Reform of Training System

在铁路高速、重载、信息化的发展背景下,对运输方向的人才需求进行了调查。其中,包括全路运输人才基本情况和几个铁路局的典型调查,以及部分重点城市轨道交通人才需求调查。分析研究了运输专业毕业生需加强的能力、企业需要的人才类型、铁路运输类课程设置中最需加强的知识、铁路企业需求人才的专业方向、铁路客运专线对人才的需求等。分别对铁路高校在轨道交通和铁路运输方向的人才培养工作提出了改革举措:明确培养方向,突出学院特色;课程设置改革;校企共建实训基地;顶岗实习;订单培养;强调职业技能鉴定的功能等。

Under the background of high speed,heavy load and informationization of railway and urban rail transit development,this paper carries on an investigation to the demand of talented people in transportation fields,including the basic situation of the entire railway industry and of several railway bureaux in particular.The analytical study has discovered the enterprise’s need for special talents,but the current railway training curriculum could not meet the needs of enterprises in professional knowledge,which is crucial for railway transportation and the passerger-dedicated lines.As a conclusion,this paper proposes a reform on railway and urban rail transit training in universitiess.
