摘要
介绍了钢轨打磨车的磨削系统,并重点进行了磨头数量选择计算分析,以及磨头电机驱动和液压电机驱动两种方式比较分析,试图对钢轨打磨车选型设计提供一些帮助。由分析知:按1.5遍/年的预防性打磨制度、4~6次/月打磨作业条件,8、16磨头钢轨打磨车分别适用于总长24~40km的地铁线路。磨头电机驱动的优势比较符合使用者的需求,对使用者比较有利;磨头液压电机驱动对供货商比较有利,有利于产品设计和制造,在同等条件下的初期购置费用稍低,有利于占领市场。
In this paper,the system of rail grinding vehicle is presented in brief,the calculation of grinding wheel quantity choice,the grinding wheel driven by electric motor or hydraulic pressure motor are analyzed comparatively for the model design of rail grinding vehicle.According to the 1.5 time/year preventive grinding system and the 4-6 time/month grinding operation condition,the 8th and 16th grinding wheel of the rail grinding vehicle are respectively applicable to metro lines with the total length between 24 km and 40 km.The advantage of grinding wheel driven by electric power is more suitable for the requirements of users and also better for the users,while the grinding wheel driven by hydraulic pressure motor is better for the suppliers for their design and manufacturing of this product.Under the same condition,the initial purchasing fee of the latter is comparatively low.
