论病中求证、证中求病的由来与发展

Origin and Development of "Differentiating Syndrome from Disease and Differentiating Disease from Syndrome"

中医学的发展均依赖于"证"的研究。从汉代张仲景伤寒"六经辨证"到明清温病学派的"卫气营血"、"三焦辨证",从近代医家"异病同治,同病异治"到当代"辨病与辨证结合",都是历代中医临床发展的创新成果。针对目前的现状,认为应重视"病中求证,证中求病",而且应当是中医临床医学研究的发展方向。

The development of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） depends on the research of ＂syndrome＂.From ＂syndrome differentiation of six meridians＂ to ＂syndrome differentiation of weifen,qifen,yingfen and xuefen＂ and ＂syndrome differentiation of triple energizer＂,from ＂different disease,same treatment and same disease,different treatment＂ to ＂combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation＂,all of above are the achievements of clinical development of TCM.As for the current situation of TCM,＂differentiating syndrome from disease and differentiating disease from syndrome＂ should be the developmental direction of clinical research of TCM.
