中药外敷对哮喘豚鼠板层小体及肺表面活性物质的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Herbal Application on Lamella Body and Pulmonary Surfactant Secretion in Lung Tissues of Asthma Guinea Pig

摘要 目的:研究中药外敷对哮喘豚鼠板层小体及肺表面活性物质的影响。方法:将40只豚鼠随机分为正常组、中药外敷组、生理盐水组、地塞米松组;除正常组外,各组采用Hutson法造哮喘模型,治疗组用中药敷贴,生理盐水组予氯化钠溶液浸润纱布敷贴,地塞米松组予地塞米松磷酸钠注射液浸润纱布敷贴。2周后处死豚鼠,取肺组织采用透射电镜观察哮喘豚鼠肺泡的超微结构,高效液相色谱法测定各组豚鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液中磷脂成分的含量。结果:生理盐水组、地塞米松组豚鼠肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞内板层小体脱颗粒、空泡化严重,与中药外敷组比较有显著差异(P<0.01);中药外敷组Pc、Pe含量高于生理盐水组和地塞米松组(P<0.01);Pi含量高于正常组(P<0.01),但低于生理盐水组、地塞米松组(P<0.01);各组Ps含量无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:中药外敷能减轻哮喘豚鼠气道炎症,促进肺表面活性物质的磷脂分泌。 Objective: To study the effects of external application of Chinese herbs on lamella body and pulmonary surfactant secretion in lung tissues of asthma guinea pig.Methods: Forty guinea pigs were randomized into normal group,herbal application group,physiological saline group and dexamethasone group.The experimental asthma was duplicated by Hutson's methods.The herbal application group was externally applied with herbs,the physiological saline group with physiological saline gauzes,and the dexamethasone group with dexamethasone gauzes.The ultrastructure of alveolar cells in asthma guinea pig was observed by electron microscope and the content of phospholipids in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was measured by high performance liquid chromatography.Results: The alveolar lamellar bodies in typeⅡpneumonocytes were seriously vacuolated in the physiological saline group and dexamethasone group,with striking differences in comparison with the herbal application group(P0.01);the contents of Pc and Pe were higher in the herbal application group than those in the physiological saline group and dexamethasone group(P0.01);the content of Pi in the herbal application group was higher than the content of normal group(P0.01),but lower than the contents of the physiological saline group and dexamethasone group(P0.01);the contents of Ps were of no differences in all groups(P0.05).Conclusion: Herbal application can reduce the inflammation of airway of asthma guinea pig and promote the secretion of pulmonary surfactant phospholipids.
