摘要
加强高校离退休工作档案管理是推进高校离退休工作、建设和谐社会和高水平大学的需要。高校离退休工作档案管理存在着认识不足、管理缺失等问题。必须进一步提高对加强高校离退休工作档案管理的认识,建立与高校离退休工作密切相关的档案,加强高校离退休工作档案管理系统、管理制度、管理队伍和信息化建设,切实做好高校离退休档案管理工作,让高校离退休工作档案管理为全面做好离退休工作提供更好的服务。
This paper points out that the archives management is necessary not only for improving university retirement administration,but also for constructing top universities and a harmonious society.However,there are many improvements that need to be made concerning attitudes and management in this respect.The paper holds that more significance should be attached to this field and the archives closely related to university retirement administration should be well prepared.Moreover,efforts on the system,rules,staff and informatization of archives management should strengthened for achieving a better performance of university retirement administration.
