前轴拳部两端面铣削可调夹具设计

Design of Adjustable Clamp for Milling Fisted two Terminal Faces of Font Axle

根据前轴结构特点及精度要求的研究,针对拳部两端面加工的特点,设计了单轴双刀盘铣削机床加一种弧形可调夹具,实现多品种加工拳部两端面的目的,为可调夹具设计提供了新的思路。

Based on the researching of structure features of front axle and the requirement of accuracy as well as the processing future to fisted two terminal faces we designed a arc-adjustable clamp attaching with a single axle-double cutter head for milling machine to process the fisted two-terminal-face.It provides a new thinking for design the adjustable clamps.
