摘要
本文介绍现代模拟手术技术图像的预处理过程、基于面绘制的模拟手术图像三维重建、三维交互、测量技术,推导了三维物体世界坐标系和设备(屏幕)坐标系之间的转换关系。提出了一种以3D Widgets为核心的三维交互框架,并结合控制鼠标自由度的方法及平行透视下的拾取机制实现了被测物体上特征点的选取。开发了一个现代模拟手术技术图像的三维交互信息处理系统,从而达到良好的试验及实践效果。
The systemic research into simulative operation applies itself to resolve these matters.The emphasis on research of the article is pivotal technique of simulation surgery.The main research contents in this thesis include medicine-image preprocessing,surface reconstruction from medical images,3-D alternation technic in simulation surgery.The emphasis of this thesis is 3-D alternation technic realized with software,the transformation formulation of world coordination system and screen coordination system is listed.A 3-D alternation frame based on 3D Widgets is advanced,controlling the mouse's freedom and picking method based on parallel perspective are used to realize the special characteristic points picking.And the test and application result shows that it reaches predictive effects.
