理性情绪疗法对脑卒中后抑郁患者的影响

The influence of rational -emotive therapy on the stroke patients with depression

目的探讨理性情绪疗法对脑卒中后抑郁患者的影响。方法将入选的90例患者分为实验组和对照组，每组45例，对照组按常规脑卒中护理，实验组在常规脑卒中护理的基础上进行理性情绪疗法，两组患者干预前和干预1个月时分别用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）进行疗效评价。结果两组患者干预前HAMD评分比较（P〉0．05），差异无统计学意义，但干预1个月时两组HAMD评分比较（P〈0．01），差异有统计学意义。结论理性情绪疗法能改善脑卒中后抑郁患者的抑郁状态，提高患者的心理健康水平。

Objective Explore the influence of rational - emotive therapy on the stroke patients with depression. Methods The selected 90 eases patients were divided into experimental group and control group; every group was 45 eases; The control group was nursed according to conventional stroke; the experimental group was on the basis of conventional stroke care to hold the rational - emotive therapy. The effects were evaluated by HAMD before and after intervention one month later. Results The HAMD score had no different before treat- ment （P 〉 0. 05）, but after one month intervention, the HAMD scores had significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusions The rational - emotive therapy can improve the depression status of the stroke patients with depression, and improve the patients＇mental health.
