摘要
介绍了近年来国内外在利用微藻催化不对称反应合成手性醇的研究进展。综述了微藻催化不对称合成的反应类型,同时对影响微藻不对称催化手性醇的因素进行了讨论,最后探讨了该技术的应用前景以及该项技术在工业生产中需要克服的一些问题。
The recent development in chiral alcohols synthesis with microalgae as biocatalyst is introduced in this paper. Different types of asymmetric synthetic reaction with microalgae catalysis are reviewed. Besides, the factors that control these asymmetric synthesis are discussed. And, the application prospect of mieroalgae asymmetric synthesis and the problems in industrial production that need to be resolved are also presented.
