M/MnAl类混合氧化物的合成及其FCC硫转移性能的研究

摘要 采用酸胶溶法制备不同金属氧化物硫转移剂,用模拟FCC反应装置的微型固定床反应器,重点考察了不同硫转移剂的氧化吸附性能及其含量对脱硫性能的影响。结果表明,5种硫转移剂均具有不同程度的氧化吸硫性能,不同金属氧化物硫转移剂的吸附性能为:Co-MnAlO>Zn-MnAlO>Cu-MnAlO>Sr-MnAlO>Ba-MnAlO。 The M/MnAl mixed oxides are prepared by acid-processed gelatin method with different metals and tested for SO2 removal under conditions similar to those in FCC units. The property of oxidation adsorption of different sulfur-transfer agents and the effects of sulfur-transfer agent content on the sulfur transfer are studied. The results show that all of five sulfur-transfer agents have catalytic activity for SO2 removal. The order of catalytic activity for SO2 uptake is as follows : Co-MnAl0 〉 Zn-MnAl0 〉 Cu-MnAlO 〉 Sr-MnAl0 〉 Ba-MnAIO.
