在高校教学中,除了给大学生教授现代科学知识外,最重要的还是要强化大学法制文化建设。对大学生进行法制文化教育,提高大学生的法律文化素质,是培养高素质社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人的要求,是社会主义精神文明建设的重要内容,也是提高中华民族整体法律素质的重大举措。

Education in colleges and universities is not simply imparting modern scientific knowledge.More importantly,it should strengthen the development of a legal culture on campus.Teaching the students legal administration culture and improving their legal literacy are the demands addressed by our need to cultivate high-quality constructors of and reliable successors to socialism.They are also a key content in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization as well as an important step to improve the overall legal literacy of the Chinese nation.
