探讨了以课堂教学为基础,以工厂为检验和巩固知识的阵地,以实验室为科研能力培育基地的产学研一体化模式在提高食品微生物学教学质量,培养创新型、实用型微生物人才教学中的应用。

Industry-university-academy system is based on classroom teaching,practice and consolidate knowledge in factory,develop the capacity of research in laboratory.This paper focused on the effect of Industry-University-Academy System on improving the teaching quality of food microbiology and fostering students＇ spirit of innovation and capacity to practice.
