兖州矿区综放开采技术

Development course and outlook of fully mechanized top coal caving mining technology in Yanzhou mining area

从3个阶段简要阐述了兖州矿区综采放顶煤技术的发展历程,即试验推广阶段(1992—1994年)、完善提高阶段(1995—1998年)和创新发展阶段(1999年至今);详细论述了综采放顶煤技术发展过程中取得的10项主要技术成果和配套装备的特征;最后提出了兖州矿区综采放顶煤开采未来的发展方向:(1)深入开展综采放顶煤实用技术创新研究,完善综放开采专家系统,实现管理系统决策科学化,进一步扩大综放开采技术的实用范围;(2)坚持走自动化、信息化的道路,进一步提升综放装备技术水平;(3)加大对综放开采保障技术体系的开发研究。

The development course of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining technology in Yanzhou mining area was briefly stated from the three stages.The three stages were including the experiment and promotion stage（from 1992 to 1994）,the well improvement stage（from 1995 to 1998）and the innovation development stage（from 1999 to today）.Ten main technical achievements and the matched equipment features obtained from the development process of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining technology were expounded in detail.Finally the future development orientation of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining in Yanzhou mining area was provided.（1）The innovation research on the applied technology of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining shall be further conducted,the experts system of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining shall be improved,the decision-making scientification of the management system could be realized and the application scope of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining technology shall be further expanded.（2）The road of the automation and information shall be insisted in order to further improve the equipment and technology level of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining.（3）The development research on the guarantee technology system of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining shall be enhanced.
