近距残煤综放复采顶煤损伤与冒放性控制 被引量:25

摘要 以西山煤电(集团)有限责任公司白家庄煤矿为工程研究对象,分析了近距残煤整层未采、已采上分层及刀柱煤体的损伤力学特性。结合煤层中含有不同硬度夹矸的特点,分别建立了3种残煤状态下的损伤力学方程。结果证明,降低围压可提高顶煤的冒放性和采出率。针对这一特点,在相似材料模拟的基础上,提出了采用错层位巷道布置采煤法为控制措施,具体以增加顶煤自由面为手段,可显著提高煤炭采出率。 Taking Baijiazhuang Mine of Xishan Coal Electricity Group Co.,Ltd.as engineering research object,analyzed damage mechanics properties of non-mining whole coal,having mined upper slice and pillar supporting coal.Connecting with characterizes of different hardness rock parting,damage mechanics equation of three residual coal was established.The result shows that reduce of confining pressure can improve caving characterizes and recovery coefficient of top coal.Based on similar material simulation,aiming at the point,staggered arrangement mining is put forward in control measures,concretely increasing the free face of top coal.This mining can significantly improve coal recovery ratio.
