摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱,切换波长-梯度洗脱法同时测定复方丹参制剂中9个有效成分的含量。方法:应用反相C18柱;以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液作为梯度洗脱流动相,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长281,203,270 nm;柱温30℃。结果:9个成分的峰面积与浓度的线性关系良好(r>0.999 0);回收率为94.87%~104.31%。结论:此方法可作为复方丹参制剂多成分质量控制的标准。
Objective : To develop an HPLC method for determination of nine active components in complex prescription of salvia mihiorrhiza Bunge by wavelength switching. Method:This HPLC assay was performed on a reversed-phase C18 column with gradient elution of acetonitrile and 0. 1% phosphoric acid solution, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 ,detecting wavelength was at 281,203 and 270 nm, and column temperature was 30 ℃. Result: Nine components were linear( r 〉 0. 999 0) in the range of the test concentration, and the recoveries of the method were between 94.87% -104. 31% , respectively. Conclusion: This method is suitable for the quality control of this commonly used complex prescription.
