摘要 为了研究压电式压力传感器在爆炸冲击波压力测试中受瞬变温度的影响,首先对瞬变温度对压电式压力传感器的影响因素进行了讨论,然后利用CY-YD-205型压电式压力传感器在爆炸试验坑中进行了冲击波压力测试,对该传感器采用无热防护措施、涂抹凡士林热防护和覆盖玻璃纤维布热防护3种措施同时进行对比试验。基于爆炸冲击波压力实测数据的分析,阐述了爆炸产生的热辐射对压电传感器的实际影响,并验证了传统热防护措施的有效性。 In order to study the effect of the transient temperature on the piezoelectric pressure sensor in the explosion shock wave pressure test,the transient temperature effective factors on the piezoelectric pressure sensor was firstly discussed,then using the CY-YD-205 piezoelectric pressure sensor to do the shock wave pressure test in explosion trial pit with three different materials of non-thermal protection measures,vaseline thermal protection and thermal protection covered the glass fiber cloth and compared its.Based on the analysis of experimental data of explosion shock wave pressure,the actual influence of thermal radiation by explosion on the piezoelectric sensors is explained and verifies the effectiveness of traditional thermal protection measures.
