摘要
该文简介我国方便面工业发展历程,各阶段特征;阐述我国方便面业产销现状、人均消费情况及在产品开发、科技创新、营养与安全等方面进展,重点分析我国方便面行业存在主要问题;最后分析我国方便面业未来发展前景,提出促进方便面工业健康可持续发展应采取措施和对策。
The development history and the features of various stage of instant noodles were briefly introduced in China.We expounded status of produce and sale of instant noodles industry,consumption per person and the progress achieved in product development,scientific and technological,nutrition and safety in this paper.The main problem existed in instant noodles industry such as food nutritional problem,food safety,lack of innovation ability in product development and processing technology and the disorder competition among enterprises were especially analyzed.The future development trend of instant noodles industry was presented and the measures to promote the health,coordination,sustainable development of instant noodles industry in China was pointed out in the end.
