广东虫草抗禽流感病毒的初步研究

Antiviral Activity of Cordyceps guangdongensis Against Influenza Virus Infections in Mice

以小鼠的肺指数为指标,研究广东虫草子实体对H9N2亚型禽流感病毒的抗性作用。结果表明:与病毒组相比,不同剂量广东虫草处理感染病毒小鼠的肺指数均有不同程度的降低;当其剂量为0.27 g/kg.bw时,肺指数抑制率可达22.1%,与病毒组相比差异显著。

Antiviral activity of Cordyceps guangdongensis against influenza virus H9N2 infections in mice was evaluated using the pulmonary index as the indicator.C.guangdongensis at a dose level of 0.27 g/kg body weight had a significant（P﹤0.05） antiviral effect and inhibited the pulmonary index by 22.1% compared with untreated controls.However,higher doses were less effective under the test conditions.
