摘要
分析了轴向充磁圆筒永磁直线同步电机的凸极脉动力产生的原因,采用虚功原理进行了计算,得出了该力最大值和平均值与相位提前角之间的关系以及凸极力与位移的关系曲线。提出了通过铁磁极开槽减少轴向磁化TPMLSM凸极力的方法,定性分析了开槽对凸极力的影响,采用有限元方法得出了开槽后磁场分布,比较了铁磁极开不同槽对凸极力大小的影响,最后用有限元证明了该方法减少凸极力的有效性。
This paper dealt with the reasons of axial magnetized TPMLSM salient pole force,its calculation formula and calculated the force according to the virtual work principle.Then,the relation between the maximum and average value of the force and its phasic forward angel was explained,including the function of salient pole force and its location.Furthermore,a kind of method notching iron magnet poles to decrease axial magnetized salient pole force was introduced,and the effect of notching on the force was analyzed qualitatively.The slotted magnetic field distribution was obtained with the finite element method.Compared the salient force of different slotted iron poles,the finite element method was proved to be useful for decreasing the salient pole force.
